Farm Overview
Homestead farm is located in the heart of Somerset, England. As can be seen from the ariel photograph, we are set a considribale distance from any sources of polution. The closest main road is several miles from us and the nearest town is over 5 miles away ensuring the air is as clean as possible.
View to the farmhouse
Despite one of the dryest years in history for the UK, at the end of the summer breeding season in 2006 when this image was taken the grass remains green. This is due to the locations naturaly fertile soil, irigation and drainage.

My daughter in law and I watching over the flock. The suffolk sheep are very managable and human friendly as can bee seen from the way they followed the photographer.
